Power Yoga
Vinyasa powered up. Get ready to work hard, breathe hard and sweat it all out in a heated room. This energetic and challenging class integrates the breath with movement and builds strength, flexibility and core stability. Sequences include standing, balancing, seated, twisting and inverted postures that will keep your yoga practice fresh and lively. Beginners will be challenged, all levels welcome.

Vinyasa
A flowing sequence of postures that synchronizes the breath with movement. This invigorating practice has a strong foundation in Ashtanga with a focus on core strength, breath awareness and key alignment principles. Each instructor offers unique sequencing that includes standing, balancing, seated and inverted postures. All levels welcome.

Free Beginners Class
Postures are introduced in a step-by-step manner with the correct breathing techniques. These classes are a great way to build a foundation and expand your practice. The studio is at room temperature. Dialogue is encouraged; questions and feedback are welcomed. Ideal for first timers.

Zazen
In Zen Buddhism, Zazen (literally “seated meditation”) is a meditative discipline practitioners perform to calm the body and the mind and experience insight into the nature of existence. We offer introductory courses to learn the basics so that students can join the meditation sessions.
